| 摘 要： | 分析了高等教育大众化背景下新建本科院校图书馆建设存在的问题,认为高校图书馆是高校教学科研工作重要组成部分,也是高校所在地方图书文献信息的重要资源库,指出新建本科院校必须加强图书馆建设以满足教学科研工作要求,进而提出当前新建本科院校图书馆要有针对性地抓好图书信息资源、馆员队伍和馆舍及硬件设施三大建设。 |

| Abstract: | In the period of mass higher education,library construction in newly established colleges and universities are facing up many problems.Libraries play an important part in campus construction because they are an integral part of college scientific research and an important local source of information.Therefore,newly established colleges and universities should further strengthen library construction to meet the need of teaching and scientific research,especially in the collection of information resources,the quality of librarians,and the construction of library buildings and facilities. |
