摘    要:共情是一种叠印着人文主义哲学思潮的认识方法,是一种情感互通的人际沟通手段;共情是医患沟通、信息双向沟通的最佳纽带,是新医学模式在临床实践中的具体运用。通过达成共情的语境、关键、中介、载体等多种途径建立共情关系,帮助医患之间形成良好的沟通氛围,提高患者的满意度,提升医院的服务水平,实现共情在医患沟通中的价值。

Abstract:Empathy is a cognition way of humanism philosophy and the commutative method of emotion between human beings.It is the best bond of the doctor and patient,two-way informative communication,and the practical application of new medical mode in clinic.Communication environment,keys,media,and carrier contribute to the establishment of empathy to help to improve satisfaction of patients and the service of the hospital,thus to realize the value of empathy in the communication between the doctor and patient.
