基于物流设施视角港口物流竞争力评价与提升策略研究

作为联结水路和陆路运输的核心枢纽，港口是物流设施网络中的重要节点。港口物流是水运模式下的物流集成，是物流服务网络的重要组成部分。世界经济一体化的发展背景，对国际物流的发展提出了更高的要求。港口作为服务于国际物流发展的主要物流节点，如何掌握其物流竞争力的状况和提升策略具有重要意义。港口物流竞争力是港口在物流设施、物流服务及管理方面能力的综合体现。本文从港口物流设施视角，分析并构建了港口物流竞争力的内涵与指标。选取我国典型区域的港口作为对象，应用因子分析方法。进行港口物流竞争力的实证分析。结合实证研究的结果，本文从港口物流设施规划、建设与发展的视角，提出了提升港口物流竞争力的策略。

A Study on Evaluation and Promotion Strategy for Port Logistic Competitiveness Based on Logistic Infrastructure Perspective

As the core hub linking water and road transportation, port is an important node of logistic infra- structure network. Port logistics is the integrated transportation mode, and the important part of logistic service network. In the context of world economic integration, higher requirements for the development of international logistics have been put forward. As the logistic node to serve the development of international logistics, it is of great significance to master the situation and promotion strategy of port logistic competitiveness, which is the whole capacity of port logistic infrastructure, logistic service and logistic management. The present paper analy- ses and constructs the connotation and index of port logistic competitiveness, chooses the typical region ports as research objects, applies factor analysis, and conducts an empirical study on the port logistic competitiveness from the perspective of the port logistic infrastructure. According to the empirical research results, strategies have been put forward to enhance the competitiveness of the port logistics from the perspective of plan construction and development of port logistic infrastructure.
