| 摘 要： | 针对构建一个反映营运绩效各个侧面的、由一系列相关指标组成的评价指标体系，并对各个评价指标的权重系数进行计算和分配的问题，通过建立一个基于层次分析法的企业孵化器综合绩效评价模型，对北京地区的孵化器进行研究。本研究采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定权重系数，使用“加法合成法”进行绩效评价。经实证研究发现，北京地区孵化器发展整体水平不高，大部分孵化器都处于同一水平线上。
