| 摘 要： | 近些年来,高校人事分配制度改革作为一项重要工作,一直在执著前行。学校为了适应社会的发展,对人事分配制度进行了探索性的改革,取得了阶段性的成果。但是,仍存在着几个方面的难点问题:改革推进步伐缓慢,真正意义上的聘任制相当困难,聘余人员分配渠道不畅,考核指标体系不健全,内部分配制度的激励效果不明显。要依据国家的法律、法规,进一步深化高校人事分配制度改革。
