高校人事分配制度改革之我见

摘    要:近些年来,高校人事分配制度改革作为一项重要工作,一直在执著前行。学校为了适应社会的发展,对人事分配制度进行了探索性的改革,取得了阶段性的成果。但是,仍存在着几个方面的难点问题:改革推进步伐缓慢,真正意义上的聘任制相当困难,聘余人员分配渠道不畅,考核指标体系不健全,内部分配制度的激励效果不明显。要依据国家的法律、法规,进一步深化高校人事分配制度改革。

Abstract:In recent years,the reform of personnel distribution system has been carried out as an important task for colleges and universities.And some phasal achievements have been got.However,there are still some difficulties in accelerating the reform,implementing the real employment system,and reallocating redundancies.The evaluation indicator system is imperfect and the stimulus effect can not be reached.It is suggested that we deepen the personnel distribution system according to the national law and regulations...
