农村劳动力外出就业对老人经济支持的影响--以桐城市双港镇为例

根据实际调查数据得知儿子外出就业,对老人的经济支持方式上出现了货币化倾向;儿子外出就业收入的增加同样惠及到了家中的老人;儿子全部外出就业家庭的老人所得到的经济支持明显好于儿子全部在家就业类型的老人.从线性回归的分析结果得知外出的儿子数与儿子年均收入和老人所能得到的经济支持呈正比例关系.

Impacts of Rural Labors''''employment in Urban Areas on the Economic Supports to the Rural Old: A Case Study in Shuanggang Town

The survey in Shuanggang Town, Anhui Province Shows that the employment of nirai babors, especially men, in urban areas results in a tendence of monetary support to the old, the employment of sons not only increase their income, but benefit the old, the economic support to the old in the families with sons'employment in urban areas are much better than that in the families vvithout employment in urban areas. The lineal regression analysis proves that the number of sons and the avarage income of sons are in dirrect proportion with the economic support to the old.
