| Abstract: | There is a general trend in China that house mortgage loan is gradually converted into securities.In this article,the author analyzes in detail the main features of US mortgage loan that has been converted into securities,and arrives at a conclusion that we should get some revelation and apply it into our system of house mortgage loan. |
