| 摘 要： | 增进党内和谐是高校基层党组织建设的重要内容和时代课题，对于增强党组织的战斗力和凝聚力，推进高校和谐校园建设具有决定性意义。本文论述和分析了高校基层党组织增进党内和谐的三个基本路径．即加强和改进党的思想建设；发展党内基层民主；强化党组织的服务功能。

| Abstract: | For the Party＇s grass-root construction in colleges and universities,it is important to promote the inner-party harmony,which is the subject of the new era. Also,the harmony is of decisive significance to build up the Party＇s effectiveness and cohesion. This paper is going to discuss and analyze three paths for the promotion of the Party harmony in universities： 1, strengthen and improve the ideological construction of the Par- ty; 2, develop the inner-party democracy at the grass-root level; 3, intensify the Party service function. |
