| 摘 要： | 加强农村文化建设,构建新农村公共文化服务体系不仅是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容,也是转变政府职能,建设服务型政府的紧迫任务。本文针对福建新农村公共文化服务体系建设的现状及问题,强调政府创新的重要性,并提出几个针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Strengthening construction of rural culture,building the public culture service system in the new countryside is not only the important aspect of building a new socialist countryside,but also an urgent task in transforming the function of government and constructing service-oriented government.Based on the current status and problems in development of the public culture service system in the new countryside in Fujian,this article emphasizes the importance of government innovation,and proposes several countermeasures about policy. |
