| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了师生互动的内涵及其理论机理,结合教学实际,分析了正确运用师生互动对在教学活动中人才培养的效果产生的作用与影响。文中还指出了师生互动教学应注意的问题。师生互动是现代教学的需要,运用师生互动教学具有重要的现实意义。
