| 摘 要： | 近来,党中央提出将“以人为本”作为高校思想政治教育的指导思想。本文回顾和梳理了“以人为本”的历史源流和当代发展,并进一步探求其本质内涵及在高校思想政治工作中的实际应用。“以人为本”理念提倡以学生为中心,促进学生的全面发展,是增强高校思想政治教育实效性的法宝。

| Abstract: | The Central Committee of the Party recently put forward the notion of taking-people-as-the-foremost,which is considered as the guiding ideology of ideological and political education for college students.The paper looks back the notion's origin and development,and then probes into the essence of the notion and its practical application in the ideological and political education for college students.The notion advocates to "take students as the foremost" and to make them develop in an all-round way.Therefore,it is considered as a magic weapon of strengthening the actual effect on ideological and political education. |
