| 摘 要： | 大学生自主创业已成为高校扩招后解决学生就业难的途径之一,为此大学生创业能力的培养就显得非常重要。通过对多目标创新教育模式的概念、内涵以及多目标创新教育模式系统的全面分析,得出该模式是适应知识经济时代充分培养大学生创业能力的教育模式,为大学生自主创业、岗位立业、业务拓展奠定坚实的基础。
