| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法对河北省10所普通高校大学生进行问卷调查,并运用生理学及心理学的相关理论对数据进行分析.通过分析研究,建议对大学生的运动健身给与适当的技术指导,促进和加强大学生对体育运动健身及健康教育的认识.

| Abstract: | The authors questionnaire investigation in the forms of Literature summarizing, mathematical calculating. And analyzed the data with physiology and psychology theories. By the analysis, we suggest that Colleges and Universities must give their students the instructions on their exercise and health education to reinforce and improve their recognition to it. |
