| 摘 要： | 循环经济在我国提出有着深厚的现实背景和内在理论根源,其特有的生态安全价值在现代应当被予以更多的重视,结合国内外循环经济的法律保障机制考察,提出循环经济法的本土研究路径、关联政策导向和循环经济法本体、财政税收、产业宏观调控三大法律问题。
