司法社会工作的方法学检视——基于学理与实践基础的思考

司法社会工作,作为以实践为本的应用社会科学分支学科,一直存在基于学科属性和专业特色所造成的方法论上的矛盾和冲突,它集中体现在源于实践逻辑的实务性与作为"专业"的规范性之间的矛盾、专业实践所依托的多元价值观和个体主义视角与整体主义视角之间的矛盾。笔者在对司法社会工作方法论冲突分析基础上对专业工作方法学进行整合性建构,提出司法社会工作实践中应该遵循的方法论原则,以此对中国司法社会工作方法体系的构建有所启迪。

The Methodological Inspection of Judicial Social Work: The Cogitation Based on Theory and Practice

Judicial social work was a subject of the applied social sciences,but it always has the contradiction resulting from disciplinary attribute.The main contradiction is embodied in three aspects,which is the contradiction between the practical character and the normative character,among multi-values,and between individualism and holism.Based on the above analysis,the author puts forward the methodological rules and hopes to shed light on the construction of the methodological system of judicial social work.
