| 摘 要： | 社会资本是一种存在于社会网络关系中的社会资源,可以有效地促进和谐校园文化深入人心,为和谐校园文化构建微观基础,并促进以人为本指导思想的落实。在实际工作中,应通过思想教育、班级管理、社团建设等方面大力培育社会资本,同时正确对待非正式群体中的社会资本,以推动和谐校园文化建设。
