| 摘 要： | 现阶段造纸业作为少数供不应求的基础产业,已成为中国国民经济发展新的增长点。从目前中国造纸业的贸易现状入手,分析了造成贸易逆差的包括原料、产品、微观企业和技术装备在内的深层结构性原因,并提出了解决结构性矛盾的建议。

| Abstract: | Recently,as a demand-exceeding-supply basic industry,paper-making industry has already become a national economy new increasing spot.The paper studies our trade actuality in paper making,analyzes the further structural reasons for the trade deficit including material,product,enterprise and technology.And proposes correlative counter-measures and suggestions to the conflicts. |
