| 摘 要： | 交付是移转动产占有的法律行为,动产交付的类型包括现实交付、简易交付、占有改定和指示交付,未来的民法典均应予以确认;交付的法律效力在于所有权的移转,但当事人也可以约定所有权转移的时间。

| Abstract: | Delivery is the legal act of transfering the possession of movable property.Delivery includes realistic delivery,simple delivery,alteration of possession and indicative delivery,which should be stipulated in future Civil Code.The legal result of delivery is the transfer of ownership,but parties can agree on the time of transfering of ownership. |
