小学教师培养模式的研究与改革

摘    要:"教师培养模式"的基本涵义,包括招收什么样的学生、修业几年、在哪儿培养、学科专业教育与教师专业教育是分离的还是混合的、教师专业教育如何进行等五个方面。招收初中毕业生的五年制高师,具有招生政策优势、课程设置优势、学生管理优势、教育资源利用优势;学术水平不高,学生起点学历较低,是五年制高师的缺点。现有五年制高师教育资源的利用,应与宏观层面高等教育资源的整合结合起来,以迎接小学教师本科化的挑战。

Abstract:The basic connotation for training modes of elementary teachers includes five aspects: levels of enrolled students,length of training,place of training,separation or combination of the subject education and the teacher education,and how to carry out the teacher education.Those five-year higher normal schools that enroll junior school graduates have the advantages in enrollment policy,curriculum setting,student management,and teaching resource utilization.However,their teacher academic level and students’ starting educational background are correspondingly low.The utilization of present five-year higher normal school resource should be combined with integration of the higher educational resource on macroscopic level to face the challenge of common demand for undergraduates in elementary school.
