| 摘 要： | 随着新经济的到来和中国加入WTO,企业的生存和发展环境发生了新的变化,民营企业发展也出现了许多新的特点。为迎接21世纪的挑战,实现可持续发展,我国民营企业必须进行自身变革,必须进行二次创业,进一步解放思想,再塑企业文化,进而引导企业成为新一代民营经济。

| Abstract: | With the coming of new economy and the entering of WTO, new changes have been taken for the enterprises surviving and its growing environment. Also new problems arise for the development of non-state economic sector. In order to meet the challenge of sustainable development in the 21 century, non-state economic sector must transform itself and start second undertaking. It must emancipate the mind further, re-create corporate culture and turn into a new generation of non-state economic sector. |
