| Abstract: | There are two basical modes in Economic Reconstructuring in China,they are Disribution of Land to Farmers for a Certain Term in Villages and Stock in the Hands of Staffs in Cities.In the Economic Reconstruction Process,what we should fix more emphasis on is to popularize the Stock-in-hands-of-staff Regulation and keep clear the developing veins and points. What's more,regularize the administration and management of the Stock-in-hands-of-staff system. |
