| 摘 要： | 随着商品经济的发展，商业秘密的重要性越来越引起人们的关注，商业秘密的侵权行为也不时地困扰着商业秘密的合法拥有者。本文仅就商业秘密的侵权及法律保护作一些探讨，同时提出制定商业秘密保护法的一些思路。

| Abstract: | With the development of commodity economy, the importance of commercial secrets becomes more and more eyecatching, and infringement acts on commercial secrets nag the lawful possessors of commercial secrets from time to time. In this paper are investigated the isuue of the infringement acts on commercial secrets along with the legal protection against such infringements, with comments on the enactment of protective laws and regulations for commercial secrets. |
