| 摘 要： | 转轨期东西部地区企业在结构、规模、效益、投资和政府对微观经济干预程度以及制度创新等方面的差异 ,宏观上源于国家的产业政策和产业布局 ,微观上则是由于西部地区企业自身成长的“先天不足”。其发展对策应从促进轻重工业的协调发展、发展高新技术产业、组建大型企业集团、拓宽融资渠道、转变政府管理职能等方面加以考虑。 |

| Abstract: | Enterprises in the West China are quite different from those in the East China in respects of the structure,scale,investment,innovation of system of the enterprises and the micro-economic control of the government due to the state macro-industrial policies and distribution as well as micro-congnenitial deficiency of enterprises in the West China.Enterprises in the West China may take such countermeasures as harmoniously developing both light and heavy industries,developing high-tech industries,establishing large enterprises and changing the management functions of the government. |
