| 摘 要： | 网络时代要求高校图书馆对信息服务进行重新定位,要创新服务理念。作者提出了人性化服务、信息素养教育服务、知识管理服务和集成服务等创新理念,基于这些理念构建了现代图书馆服务创新体系,包括资源服务以人为本,创新教育服务模式,提供一站式集成信息服务,构建参考咨询知识管理的服务模式等。

| Abstract: | The age of internet calls for a readjustment of libraries' role of colleges and universities as to offering innovative information service.The author puts forward a proposal for innovative ideas,such as humane service,education service of information accomplishment,knowledge management service,and integration service,and the like.Based on these ideas,the innovative system of the information service for modern libraries should be characterized by human-centered,innovative education service patterns,one-station integrated information service,and developing knowledge management service pattern for reference and consultation,and so on. |
