Abstract: | Guangdong Xinbao Electrical Appliances Holdings Co., Ltd (Xinbao Electrical), who has been regarded as Champion of Going West, focusing on global small house hold electric appliance, has become the top exporter of electric kettle, coffee maker, and food processors in China. And it has the biggest global market share on kettles for many years. Besides evolving from simple assembling to industrial chain, it has other two ways of development: One is from domestic market to international market and return from international market to domestic. The other is its development of business model of OEM-ODM-OBM. On the way of development, Xinbao experienced three strategic adjustments. |
