科技文化传播的内涵、机制和评价

科技文化传播,应引导公众正确理解自然科学的文化特质、文化精神和文化价值,解答当代科学与道德、人生、艺术、审美、宗教、信仰等人文文化的关系问题;技术文化传播要关注技术创新的人文环境、技术创新的文化评价、技术进步的人性化、全球化时代的文化认同与技术认同等问题。加强科技文化的传播,需要以探索和创新精神不断完善高效率的传播机制,其中包括传播体制、组织、途径、方式等。必须建立和完善合理的传播评价体制,激励更多的科技工作者和人文社会科学工作者积极联手,协同传播科技文化。

Connotation,Mechanism and Eval uation of Sci-tech Cultural Communication

The communication of sci-tech culture should lead the public to the right understanding of the cultural features,spirit and values of natural science,supply answers to the questions about the relations between modern science and human culture of moral,life,arts,aesthetics,religion,belief and so on.It should also include problems as the human circumstances and cultural evaluation of technical innovation,the humanization and globalization of technical progress,the cultural and technical approbation in the era of globalization.It is necessary to perfect the efficient mechanism of communication(including the system,organization,path and method of communication) with exploring and innovating spirits so as to reinforce the communication of sci-tech culture.Therefore,it is of vital importance to build up a reasonable evaluation system,which will encourage more sci-tech workers and sociologists to cooperate in the communication of sci-tech culture.
