论管理层收购与金融产品创新

摘    要:管理层收购在中国的发展势不可挡。但是,在实际操作中出现了很多急待解决和值得研究的问题,而其中融资难则是最为突出的核心问题之一。据此从我国金融市场中金融产品的现状和存在的问题出发,指出解决我国管理层收购融资难问题的出路在于金融产品创新,并提出了一些关于金融产品创新的建议。

Abstract:It is an irresistible trend of the Management Buyout process in China. Though there are many problems coming up in practice which leave to be solved and worth of investigation. And the difficulty in financing is most prominent among the core issues. In that case this article begins with the actual condition and problems of the financial products in the market, and proposes that the innovation of such products indicates the way out in solving the problems. At the same time, it offers some suggestions to the innovation process.
