| Abstract: | In 2003, China's bond market made remarkable achievements. However, the imbalanced structure of "focusing on the stock market to the neglect of the bond market" remained basically unchanged. This paper studies the enterprise bond policies, and discusses how to develop China's bond market healthily and effectively in the light of the successful experience of the Hong Kong bond market. |
