对我国软实力研究现状评述及未来主要研究方向的思考

约瑟夫·奈的“软实力”概念一经提出，就在世界范围内引起了广泛的关注，为各国制定国际战略提供了新的理论依据。我国学者及时追踪并进行了深入研究，在软实力的内涵、构成要素及特征、软实力概念的延伸、软实力与文化软实力以及与硬实力的关系、软实力测度、软实力的提升途径等方面取得了比较丰富的成果，但整体而言目前还处于初级阶段，对软实力的理论体系尚缺乏完整、系统的认识，其研究的广度和深度有待于进一步拓宽和加深。今后应围绕以下主要内容强化研究：从多学科领域完善软实力的理论体系；对影响软实力的因素进行整体性和系统性研究；加强对软实力指标体系和定量化测度研究；加强区域、城市和企业层面软实力的实证研究：加强软实力理论如何指导实践问题的研究。
