| Abstract: | Labor market is a place for exchange of social labor elements while the occupational intermediary organization is the major realization form of linking mechanism of demand and suply. Under the socialist market economy, the perfection of employment service system based on occupational intermediary organization and the exertion of its functions in the aspects of labor relation of demand and supply, reemployment guidance and relief of the unemployed will facilitate the life of the unemployed and promote full use of the unused labor resources |
