摘    要:顾毓先生在学术风格上独树一帜、标新立异 ,使他从早年崭露头脚的“四次方程通解”到获得被誉为国际电子与电工领域诺贝尔奖的“兰姆金奖” ;他在学术态度上敢为人先、开拓创新 ,使他最早提出在中国研制计算机并与控制论的缔造者N·维纳一起开始实施 ,并由此对N·维纳创立控制论产生了一定的影响 ;他在学术精神上坚持探索、锐意进取 ,使他在数学、电机和现代控制理论领域贡献卓著 ,直至晚年还在非线性系统和混沌问题的研究方面屡有建树。

Abstract:This paper introduced the technical contributions of Gu Yuxiu. In academic field, he created a new school. He discovered the quartic general solution to become the recipient of the prestigious TEEE Lamme Medal. He was the first to propose a study of the computers in China and practice in person with Norbert Winener, which who was the founder of Cybernetics, which produced positive effects to found Cybernetics. He had made brilliant contribution in the areas of electrical motor, mathematics, and modern control theory. Until his later life, he had still had made achicvement in the areas of nonlinear control systems and the chaos problems time and again.
