| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志在深刻总结国际共产主义运动风雨历程和党的建设历史经验的基础上,深谋远虑地提出了一系列加强党的制度建设的重要思想:加强党的制度建设至关重要,"关系到党和国家是否改变颜色";加强党的制度建设,要以坚持和改善党的领导为原则,要以贯彻民主集中制为根本,要以强化党内监督为保障.

| Abstract: | Comrade Deng Xiaoping summed up the positive and negative historical experience in China and abroad,and on this basis advanced a series of important views on the reform and improvement of the systems and institutions of the Party.These views consist chiefly in:the reform and improvement of Party systems and institutions are of utmost importance,which " have a close bearing on whether our Party and state will change political colour";and in reforming and improving Party systems and institutions,upholding and improving Party leadership should be regarded as a cardinal principle,implementing democratic centralism as the foundation,and tightening supervision within the Party as the guarantee. |
