| 摘 要： | 通过对两则高等学校中发生的学生与学校之间的纠纷案例分析,从高校学生管理的角度看,高等学校只有以人为本、以学生为本、依法治校,高校所制定的校规能够充分吸收人文精神的基因,过滤不合法的内容,实现校规合法、权利、义务、价值并重才是高校学生管理工作走出困境的必由之路。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis on two disputes happened between college students and school authorities,this paper shows that the only way for college student administration to get out of the difficult situation is to follow up the student-oriented principle,rule the university by law,absorb humanistic elements and filter illegal content in formulation of school rules and integrate rights,responsibility and value in school rules. |
