大数据时代高校德育工作的挑战、机遇与对策

大数据作为一次全新的信息技术革命,将给高校德育工作带来深刻的影响。大数据时代要求数据开放共享,更加突出数据的预测功能与价值意义。从德育思维、德育模式与德育评价三方面分析了高校德育工作在大数据时代面临的机遇与挑战。提出了高校应提高德育师资队伍的数据素养、强化阵地意识、完善硬件设施等举措,以适应大数据时代的德育工作。可为我国高校在大数据时代的德育工作提供借鉴。

Challenges,Opportunities and Strategies of College Moral Education in the Era of Big Data

As a new information technology revolution,the big data will bring profound impact on college moral education.In the era of big data,data is required to be open and shared,and its predicting function and significance should be more prominent.In this paper,opportunities and challenges for moral education are analyzed respectively from the Moreover,suggestions are put forward to meet the challenges improving data processing ability of teaching staff,enhancing value education consciousness,and upgrading the hardware facilities.This paper contributes to moral education of college in the era of big data.
