| 摘 要： | 高校素质教育与教学改革的关键点在“人才”培养。人才是广义的人才 ,而非狭义的“专业”人才。高校应确立“以育人为中心”的教育思想。而“以育人为中心”又要落实到“以教学为核心”这个基本点上。教改要全心全意依靠教师。教改要围绕“素质———育人”来做文章。
