| 摘 要： | 首先对我国高校图书馆学科馆员制度的研究现状进行了分析,指出了普通高校在施行学科馆员制度中存在的人员素质、办馆理念、管理模式等方面的问题.并有针对性地提出了具体的发展策略:加强高素质学科馆员队伍建设;明确学科馆员的职责定位;建立并完善科学高效的管理模式.
