| 摘 要： | 我国行政法学理论界与司法实践对行政登记的性质存在很大争议。本文旨在在功能和结构两个方面探讨行政登记行为的性质,将行政登记作为一种独立的行政行为模式看待,并在此基础上探讨对行政登记行为司法审查的标准,使理论与实践有机衔接。

| Abstract: | The nature of administrative registration has different views both in theory and in practice. The article aims to probe into the nature of administrative registration from its function and construction, looking upon the administrative registration as an independent administrative act, and discuss the judicial review standard of the administrative registration on the basis of it, thus integrating theory with practice. |
