延安时期中国共产党构建和谐边区的历史经验与启示

延安时期,陕甘宁边区围绕解放和发展生产力,坚持从发展中求生存、在和谐中求发展,妥善协调解决各阶级、阶层之间的利益关系,正确处理人民内部矛盾及经济发展与社会文明进步的关系,高度关注弱势群体,促进社会经济协调发展,从而出现了相对和谐的社会景象,形成了“和谐边区”的雏形。这一尝试,其意义不在于这种“雏形”有多么完善和自觉,而在于它为当今构建社会主义和谐社会提供了丰富的经验和有益的启示。

The Historical Experience and Inspiration from CPC's Constructionof Harmonious Bordering Region during the Yanan Times

During the Yanan times,focusing on emancipation and development of productive forces,the Shaan-Gan-Ning Bordering Region persevered in seeking survival from development and seeking development from harmony,and properly coordinated and solved the interest relations among various social classes and the social stratums,correctly handled the contradictions within people and the relationship between economic development and social civilization and progress,and paid close attention to the disadvantaged groups,so as to promote social equality and justice,and promote harmonious development of the society and economy,which resulted in relatively harmonious social scenario,and constituted the embryonic form of"harmonious bordering region".The significance of this experiment for construction of harmonious bordering region does not lie in how complete and conscious this "embryonic form" was,but that it provided rich experience and beneficial inspiration for the contemporary construction of socialist harmonious society.
