《人谱》与儒家道德伦理秩序的建构

摘    要:发生在明代后期的士大夫的“修身运动”,以其思想与方式(尤其方式)深刻地影响于后世,余风至今未泯。本文以明末大儒刘宗周所撰《人谱》为主要分析对象,考察其时儒家之徒的道德实践,探究他们当此危机时刻与修身有关的思想脉络。作为对流行于其时的袁黄《功过格》的反拨,刘宗周的《人谱》意欲申明儒学的原则,校正道德修炼中追求功利的倾向。有关的思想逻辑,却已非近人所能知。

Abstract:The movement of "Cultivating Morality" in the late Ming dynasty has been influencing the later generations with its thought and style in particular. This paper, based on the book Human Morality by the late Ming Confucian Liu Zong-zhou, gives survey of the Confucians moral practice and their though of cultivating morality in a crisis. As a reverse to the popular book Merit and Demerit by Yuan Huang, Hu- man Morality is intended to state the Confucian principles and correct the tendency of seeking utilitarian in cultivating morality.
