Historic Value of LIANG Qi-chao's Enlightenment Thought

Inspired by YAN Fu and other enlightenment ideologists in France and Japan,LIANG Qi-chao realized the significance of the reform of the national character.By employing various means and through multiple channels, he actively engaged in the education of the Chinese nation in terms of enlightenment ideology and thus formed his own ideology based on the new democracy theory.
