湖北省城市体系研究

对湖北省城市体系的规模等级、城市职能、地域空间结构的特征进行了分析研究。形成以下结论:(1)城市规模等级体系的不平衡程度较高,大中城市的规模经济效益和发展速度都优于小城市,应确立以大中城市拉动型的城市化发展模式;(2)大城市的综合职能强,中小城市的专业化职能强,必须提高城市体系的产业职能;(3)城市体系在空间分布上具有显著的交通指向特征,形成武汉、襄樊和宜昌3个城市体系。加强区域交通设施建设,充分发挥城市体系的整体协同效益。

The Study on Urban System of Hubei

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the urban scale and scale grade,the urban function,and the region space structure of Hubei urban system.And then it draws three conclusions:First,the disequilibrium degree of the system of urban scale and scale grade is relatively high,and the scale economic benefits of the large and medium cities and development speed are all superior to those of the small cities;therefore it is essential to establish urbanization development model of the spurring type of large and medium cities.Second,it is required to improve the industry function of the urban system because of the strong comprehensive function of the large cities and the strong specialization function of the small and medium-sized cities.Third,it is necessary to strengthen the facility construction of the regional traffic in order to have the integrated coordination effect of urban system,as the urban system takes on a remarkable characteristic of traffic direction in space distribution;and it is also necessary to form three urban systems centered by Wuhan,Xiangfan and Yichang.
