Abstract:In 21 st century, complicated situations both at home and abroad bring many new challenges to the teaching and learning of "two disciplines". It is necessary to conduct general study of it in view of the new situations. The study ranges from deepen the teaching contents, perfect course system, and well construct discipline system to reform teaching and learning methods and strength the construction of teaching staff.
