| 摘 要： | 社会资本存量的多寡和分布均衡与否是衡量政府绩效、社会效率以及社会活力的重要标准。现阶段,中国正处于由传统社会向现代社会转型的战略机遇期,社会资本存量呈现着多元化、不均衡和民间组织发育不良的缺失状态。通过现代化的社区建设,组织社区自治,协调社会行动,是重构社会资本、提高社会效率与社会活力的理想路径选择。

| Abstract: | The amount and distribution of social capital plays an important part in the measurement of government performance and social efficiency.Nowadays,diversity and imbalance in social capital challenges China in its strategic period of transition from traditional society to modern one.Based on the analysis of deficiency of social capital in China,this paper explores an effective way,community self-governance,to reconstruct social capital. |
