国际关系中全球化问题的展望——关于全球化两种声音的思考

在全球化成为当今世界流行用语的时候,国际社会对经济全球化的益处和全球化可能引致的问题展开了激烈的争论,从而导致了全球化与反全球化这两种对立观点的出现。其中反全球化者的声音引起了世人广泛的关注和讨论。就反全球化者所提及的问题而言,他们无疑给全球化浪潮的继续推进提出了适时的警告,但是仅仅看到全球化问题所带来的负面影响而全盘否定全球化对人类社会的进步所产生的积极作用,是不可取的。全球化过程中出现的问题应该用全球治理的方法去解决。中国在全球化与反全球化二者之间的态度应该是从中国的实际出发,抓住机遇,实现加速发展。
