| 摘 要： | 新型工业化战略要求统筹农村工业化与城市工业化,两者虽然模式不同,但却紧密联系,在促进农业产业化的同时,将适宜在农村发展的传统产业逐步转移到乡镇和农村,以此为基础带动城镇化的发展。农村剩余劳动力转移实行以城镇就地转移为主、城市异地转移为辅的复合模式,转移的主要方向是基于城乡工业化统筹发展起来的中小城镇。

| Abstract: | The new industrialization strategy requires combination of rural industrialization with city industrialization.Though different,two patterns are closely connected.In promoting agriculture industrialization,the traditional industries suitable to the rural areas can be shifted gradually to small towns,which drives the development of the towns.A compound pattern is applied of the surplus labor-force shift in countryside and the surplus labor-force is mainly shifted to the small and medium-sized towns developed on the basis of the rural and city industrialization. |
