| 摘 要： | 文章从高校基层党组织重发展、轻教育、党员的党性意识、教育管理制度以及教育形式等方面分析了存在的问题及其原因，并针对这些问题从加强学习、教育、转变观念，不断实践、探索以及加强学生党员教育管理队伍建设等方面提出了切实可行的对策。

| Abstract: | This essay makes an analysis of the problems in Party building in universities and the possible reasons,such as too much focus being put on the development of Party organization without necessary education of Party members. These problems are observed in the construction of Party spirit,education management system and education approaches. Focusing on the above-mentioned problems,the author puts forward his solutions by emphasizing strengthening the education of college student party members. |
