美国南海政策调整与两岸南海合作的空间

奥巴马政府上台后,美国调整了南海政策,公开介入南海主权争端。美国的政策调整既增强了海峡两岸在南海问题上开展合作的紧迫性,又加大了两岸合作的外部压力。鉴于中美关系的复杂性和台湾问题的敏感性,现阶段两岸在南海问题上合作的空间是有限的,推进两岸在南海问题上的合作宜本着现实性、渐进性和灵活性的原则。

The Adjustment of US Policy toward the South China Sea and the Room for Cooperation across the Taiwan Straits on This Issue

After coming into power,the Obama administration adjusted its policy and openly intervened in the controversy of the sovereignty over the South China Sea.The adjustment has not only promoted the need for cooperation across the Taiwan Straits,but increased the pressure from the outside.Due to the complexity of the relations between China and the U.S.and sensitivity of the Taiwan issue,the room for cooperation across the Taiwan Straits on this issne will be limited.The two sides should promote cooperation according to the situation,and take flexible action gradually.
