对中国民间组织发展前景的展望

本文从经验的角度分析民间组织在中国兴起的多元动力,发育民间组织是中国社会发育的主题.中国社会是伦理社会的背景,这决定民间组织在中国发展的核心问题是正确处理和党组织的关系,全球化的背景又决定着中国民间组织的发展必然与国际民间组织和外国政府、企业有密切的关系.不同类型的民间组织其发展途径不一致,本文根据中国民间组织的存在状态将其划分为四种类型,并分别指出它们在发展过程中应注意的问题.文章最后简要讨论了发展中国民间组织的关键问题,即资源和政府意识.

On the Prospects of China''s Non-Government Organizations

Through a study of the past experience, this paper analyzes the multi-motives of China''s Non-Government Organizations(NGO) and regards them as the main force of social development. Chinese society is ethically oriented. The key problem concerning their development relies on a correct handling of their relations with the CPC organizations. The process of globalization requires China''s NGOs to have a good relationship with international NGOs, foreign governments and enterprises though they can have different ways of development. This paper classifies China''s NGOs into four types and discusses the main problems in development, especially problems concerning resources and government consciousness.
