| 摘 要： | 批零贸易业、餐饮业抽样调查是我国政府统计系统一批重要的调查制度，也是我国实施新的统计调查模式以来开展的第一项全国性的重要的抽样调查工作。1994年国家统计局制定了全国《批发零售贸易业、餐饮业企业（单位）定期统计抽样调查方案》（以下简称《方案》），并在全国开始实施。现对《方案》实施过程中存在的问题提出改进的设想。
