| 摘 要： | 基于自组织理论的思想,根据战略网络核心企业的特性界定了其内涵,进而从宏观（组织理论）和微观（自组织理论）2个层面分析了战略网络的内涵、自组织性、网络结构和演化过程。研究表明,核心企业对战略网络自组织演化和网络结构演化都有重要影响。
